Troy has enjoyed the communication industry so much, he’s been immersed in it for almost 30 years! Cutting his teeth as a finished artist, his career has successfully moved through all the production disciplines including studio, operations and production.
Joining DDB in 2012 to head up the production & studio departments, Troy has set high standards and clear expectations to ensure that his team flourishes in a productive working environment.
His rigour extends to workflow management, supplier relationships, print and digital knowledge, budget management, sound time and organisational skills, lateral thinking to create options and solutions, campaign management, issues and crisis management. He is well equipped to ensure the production of work within the agency flows as smoothly and effectively as possible.
