20 years a strategist, Karen has spent the last five years in NYC partnering with C-Suite executives, leading projects globally and regionally.
She’s a brand strategist at heart, fusing old school craft with new school perspective. Working at the forefront of modern marketing – placing digital, data and culture at the core.
Karen has held leadership positions at BBDO where she was the Global Strategy Lead on Visa, and R/GA, where she led a team of 20+ brand, experience, content, social and data strategists across a portfolio of clients.
Karen believes in a world of radical transparency organizations must be clear on why they exist and who they exist to serve. Finding a brands’ true purpose and bringing this to life through the development of connected ideas, experiences and behaviours that add value to people’s lives – is where her passion lies.
Karen has been awarded several Effies, had the privilege of judging the Global Effies and been awarded a couple of Gold APG’s.
